1.1. Who are we?

We are the world leader in video bingo; more than 1.67 million users in 194 countries have downloaded our app. You can play on your computer by using a Facebook account or from your mobile phone or Tablet by downloading the app for Android or iOS.

2. Registration

2.1. How can I open an account?

You just have to select the button “Play now” on our Facebook page to start enjoying Word of Bingo, or you can download the app from Google Play or the Apple Store.

2.2. What are the requirements to register?

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your local jurisdiction. Minors aged between 13 and 18 years old must be supervised by an adult in order to play.

3. Purchases

3.1. How can I purchase credits?

You can buy credits in WOB by clicking on the “Buy” button located at the top left of the screen. The total number of credits that you are credited with may vary in relation to the level that you are on at the time of purchase.

4. Videobingo

4.1. What is videobingo?

Videobingo is basically a game of slots with bingo mathematics. Videobingo is divided into two parts: the Basic game and the game with Extra Balls. The game with Extra Balls is an extension, coming after you’ve finished the Basic game, and is optional for the player – you decide whether or not to continue in the game, and you can cancel at any time. The game with Extra Balls allows you to qualify for major prizes.

4.2. What games are available?

At present there are more than 24 different games spread over 80 levels.


4.3. How can I put the game in full screen?

If you want to play on full screen, you’ll need to click on the second button on the top right.

4.4. How can I adjust the volume?

You can select a game with or without sound by clicking the speaker icon located on the top right.

4.5. What is the talisman?

Some players are more superstitious than others and they like to have a talisman that they associate with their luck in the game. You have up to 34 different talismans that will be available as you unlock new levels. You can also choose not to display any talisman on-screen by selecting “None”.

4.6. Where can I view the balance of my account?

You can check the balance of your account on the left top bar, or within the games, in the “Credits” section that appears at the bottom centre just under the game cards.

4.7. What are credits?

Starting credits depend on your player balance and are the currency with which you play World of Bingo. Each credit spent generates 1 XP. The XPs are needed so that you can go up a Level within the game (see Levels section).

4.8. How long does a game last?

They are quick. The final duration will depend on whether or not you enter the Extra Balls phase.

4.9. Is it possible to cancel or void a bet?

No, once you’ve started a game, you can’t cancel or void it. On the other hand, once you’re in “Extra Ball” mode, you can cancel the purchase of balls at any time, by clicking on the “Exit” button.


4.10. What are the Auto and Play buttons?

The “Play” button is used to launch an individual game, while with the “Auto” button, games are released automatically until you get the opportunity to play with Extra Balls, where you regain control of the game and can decide whether or not to continue. You can only play in “Auto” mode from a certain Level.

4.11. How do I adjust the speed of the balls?

Via the 3 bars located in the bottom right of the screen below the word “Speed”.

4.12. What are the minimum and maximum bets allowed?

The minimum and maximum bets can be configured from the “Bet” field using the game’s own keypad. As you go up through the levels, your maximum bet increases.

4.13. You can enable or disable the number of cards displayed on the screen?

Up to 3 cards can be disabled by clicking on the grid icon to the right of the PLAY button. The number on the button (from 1 to 4) indicates the number of cards enabled in the game.

4.14. Can I change the combination of numbers on the cards?

Yes, by clicking the intertwined arrows icon at the bottom left of the screen, you can change the combination of numbers, provided you are not currently in a game.

4.15. Where can I view the prizes that I’m winning?

The figures and prizes that you are winning as the game goes on are displayed in the Prizes Area (Paytable), with the prizes you’ve won marked in a different colour. In all cases, the balance won in each game is updated in real-time in the “Winnings” field at the bottom of the game screen.

4.16. What do the figures in the Prizes Area mean?

The figures that appear in the Prizes Area (Paytable) are the different prizes that you can win during a game. They range from a line to Bingo, passing through the block, the double line, inverted V and so on. Under each figure there appears the prize in credits that you receive when you achieve that.

4.17. How do we know if we are on the verge of winning a prize?

Whenever you’re one number away from winning a prize, this will be highlighted visually on the corresponding card, either with a blink or a striking colour in the box where the number is located.

4.18. What does the number indicate that flashes on the cards with a potential prize?

During the Extra Ball game, when the possibility arises of completing more than one figure, the number will be shown flashing with the potential prize in the box and if you complete it, you’ll win a more valuable prize.

4.19. What do the lines of the cards mean?

The lines of the cards are another element that helps you get better oriented in the game so you can more effectively visualise the possible figures to be completed.

4.20. Why do arrows appear on the cards?

When you get a number called out, the line prize is indicated by arrows or other distinctive elements on both sides of the card.

4.21. Where are my winnings shown?

Your winnings are shown in the “Winnings” field located at the bottom centre of the screen and the figure increases with the prizes you win as you go on playing.

4.22. Can I buy credits in the middle of the game?

Your balance is updated in real-time regardless of what time in the game in which you find yourself. Therefore you can buy credits at any time during the game.


4.23. What do the Extra Balls consist of?

At the end of the initial draw, the game may, in some cases, offer you the chance to buy Extra Balls. This way, you’ll be able to pay an additional amount for each Extra Ball, thus choosing to go after better prizes. The value of the Extra Ball changes depending on what prize you choose.

4.24. Are there any free Extra Balls?

Yes, sometimes the Extra Balls are at no cost to you in the form of credits.

4.25. What is the Z Ball?

The Z Ball gives you the chance to choose a number from among the active cards. If you don’t select a number, the game will choose the best one automatically.


4.26. When can I play a Bonus?

To gain access to the Bonus screen, you have to complete the figure that activates it (usually the block or frame). When you complete more than one Bonus in the same game, you’ll play the Bonus only once but the prize is multiplied by the number of Bonuses that you have won.

 4.27. What does the Bonus consist of?

The Bonus corresponds to an extra screen where you can get further prizes to add to your winnings.

5. Send gifts

5.1. How can I send a gift?

To send gifts to your friends, follow the instructions shown on the app, in the Gifts section, by clicking on the button located on the bottom right of the screen. You can give away up to 50 credits to each of your friends. You can send a gift to a friend only once every 24 hours.

5.2. How can I accept gifts?

To accept gifts from your friends, access the section and click the accept button. 50 credits in your account will be added for each gift that you accept. The limit of gifts that can be accumulated is 50, after which no more gifts will be added. Gifts that are not accepted will expire in 15 days.

6. Leaderboard

6.1. How does the Leaderboard work?

Every two hours we start a new Leaderboard. As time goes by and people play in WOB, the Prizes keep increasing. You’ll see in the WOB lobby how much time remains until the current Leaderboard ends. Once the Leaderboard ends, the players with the most XPs generated will win the advertised prizes. You can consult yesterday’s and today’s Leaderboard. The Leaderboard’s prizes are always given in Credits to spend on WOB.

7. Levels

7.1. How can I know what level I am on?

You can check it out at the top right of the screen, on the XP bar. We show you inside a ball what level you are on.

7.2. What is the point of unlocking levels?

As you go up levels, you can unlock new games, features such as Auto or access to the Jackpot, increase the size of your bets, receive better automatic bonuses, etc.

7.3. How do I climb levels in World of Bingo?

To go up levels, you have to win the required XPs. You can find out the required XPs for each level in the WOB application itself, by passing the cursor over the XP bar.

7.4. What are XPs?

XPs are experience points. You earn 1 XP for every credit you play in World of Bingo.

8. Bonuses

8.1. What types of bonus are there?

There are several types of main bonus in WOB: the welcome, the daily bonus and the Special Bonus. Other temporary bonuses may be added from time to time.

8.2. What does the Welcome Bonus consist of?

Just by starting to play with us at WOB we’ll reward you with a Welcome Bonus of 500 credits.

8.3. How does the daily bonus work?

Every day you enter World of Bingo we’ll give you an automatic bonus of variable value, depending on the Level you are at. You won’t receive another automatic daily bonus for the next 24 hours. When you accumulate five consecutive daily bonuses you’ll receive a Special Bonus.

8.4. What does the Special Bonus consist of?

When you accumulate five consecutive daily bonuses you’ll receive the Special Bonus as a reward, a much higher amount than the normal daily bonus. To get it, you just have to click on the “Accept Bonus” button located at the top left of the screen.

9. Prizes

9.1. What does the Jackpot consist of?

The Jackpot prize is a community prize that can be shared by several videobingo games at the same time. The Jackpot increases in proportion to the amount of bets placed in the games that include it.

9.2. How can I win the Jackpot?

To win the Jackpot Prize, you must complete the bingo figure on ball 30 or earlier. The minimum bet to qualify for the Jackpot is 3 and you can only get it from Level 8.

9.3. What is the maximum possible win?

The maximum win will depend on the total of the prizes in the game plus the amount of the Jackpot, which is variable.

10. Tournaments

10.1. What do tournaments consist of?

These are competitions between users in which you can participate automatically and free of charge by accessing any of our games. Prizes are added to the games you are playing at that time. The better your position, the more credits you win. For now, they are only available through the web version of WOB for Facebook.

11. Technical requirements

11.1. What are the technical requirements required for my equipment?

Below are the minimum requirements, depending on the OS of your computer in order for World of Bingo’s videobingo games to work correctly:


– 2.33 GHz processor or higher, compatible with x86 or Intel® Atom™ 1.6 GHz processor or higher for netbooks.

– Microsoft® Windows® XP (32 bits), Windows Server 2008 (32 bits), Windows Vista® (32 bits), Windows 7 (32 and 64 bits), Windows 8 (32 bit and 64 bit), or Windows Server 2012 (64 bit).

– 512 MB of RAM (1 GB of RAM is recommended for netbooks) and 128 MB of graphics memory.

11.2. Do I need to have Adobe Flash Player installed to play?

Yes, to view WOB videobingo games correctly, you must have the Adobe Flash Player program installed on your computer. It’s a program that expands the browser’s capacity, allowing multimedia content, animations and sounds to be displayed in an optimal way. Download it free at the following link:

11.3. What is the recommended browser to play optimally?

Browsers that allow you to play optimally are Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 9.

12. Mobile Apps

12.1. Is it possible to play on portable devices such as tablets and mobile devices?

Yes, we currently already have the World of Bingo app for devices with Android and iOS operating systems.

12.2. What are the requirements for my android device?

For our app to work correctly on your device, this has to meet at least the following requirements:

· RAM memory: 512 Mb or more
· Android version: 2.2 or higher
· CPU: 800 MHz or higher
· Screen resolution: 4.3″ or larger
· Space required to install the app: around 200 Mb if you want to install all the games available today.

13. Incidents in the game

13.1. Is it possible to continue playing a game that you have been disconnected from for some reason?

Yes, provided the time from when you were disconnected until you resume the game is no more than 7 days.

13.2. What is the maximum period of inactivity in WOB after which the game is disconnected?

If you are not active in WOB for a period of 2 hours or more, you’ll be automatically disconnected from the game. You can resume the game within seven days at the same point at which you were disconnected. After that time it will not be possible to restore the game.
