We at World of Bingo highly value our users’ opinions so we would love to be able to clear up any doubts, queries or complaints and to respond to you as quickly as possible.

The maximum time for lodging a complaint and/or claim will be three months from the date on which the incident occurred. Any complaint we receive will always be taken care of and answered without fail by our Customer Care Service within a maximum of 72 working hours from the time of receipt.
